TYPICAL PROCESS


AOCS has developed an effective approach to solve the objectives at hand with our customer's priorities, values and goals on top of mind.

The below-described process is just a sample, an active process will always be developed and designed in a flexible way together with the operator in order to achieve the goal in the most effective way.  

PHASE 1 - Preparation

An initial meeting with the operator with a general review and initiation of a GAP analysis of the current AOC and/or maintenance organization, operation, and manuals, thereafter together with operator setting up the scope and target of AOC Solution support, time frame and a transparent action plan with related costs.

Initiate the EASA/TCO application process.


PHASE 2 - Audit/Review 

A full audit/review and completion of the GAP analysis based on the EASA/TCO requirements, or to a different level as required by the operator

A total in-depth review of the current organization, operation, quality/compliance monitoring system and possible SAFA findings.

A full audit/review based on above in respect of compliance with National, ICAO and EASA/TCO requirements (or as required by the operator).

A report to the operator issued with recommendations based on above.

 

PHASE 3 - Implementation

Full support from AOC Solution’s staff throughout the implementation period-based of our experience with similar issues in previous operations.

Support throughout the contract period covering fulfillment of the given recommendation required Corrective Action Plans with Corrections, RCA and Corrective Action.

As required and agreed with the operator, we can support with training, (revision) amendment or new production of manuals in combination with new procedures.

Completion of the EASA/TCO application.

Preparation of the organisation for the technical meeting/TCO audit.


PHASE 4 - Post Target Achievement

AOC Solution can continue to support the organization after the target has been met.
